BCIS’s latest quarterly update estimates tender price growth of 0.7% in Q3 2026, taking annual growth to 3.2%. Contractor appetite remains strong, with 77% of panel respondents reporting contractors eager to tender.
While input costs continue to rise, competition for work is limiting how much contractors can pass on to clients. For clients with well-developed schemes, this could present an opportunity to secure competitive pricing. As workloads recover, that window may narrow.
