Bio

Chris helped launch Rohan Short in 2023, having worked with Adam and Craig for several years across a range of residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. He began his career in construction in 2021 after completing a degree in Economics at the University of Bristol, going on to join global consultancy, Currie & Brown. Alongside work, Chris completed a part-time master’s degree in Quantity Surveying at the University College of Estate Management, graduating in 2023. Chris is an active member of the Forum for Tomorrow Western branch, serving as a committee member since 2023.

At Currie & Brown, Chris supported various high-profile commercial developments in central Bristol. These included Halo, a new-build office scheme for Cubex Land, providing 120,000 sq ft Grade A workspace, and Assembly, a mixed-use project including 300,000 sq ft flexible Grade A space across three new buildings for AXA Real Estate and Bell Hammer.

In 2022, Chris Joined industrial consultancy KAM, where he managed the Danehill Unit 1 development in Reading, a new 40,000 sq ft warehouse for Vengrove, and supported the construction phase of Millwrights Place and Coopers Court, two new high-rise apartment blocks in Finzels Reach for Cubex Land, in collaboration with Grainger and Abri, providing around 300 residential units. He also assisted Cubex Land with numerous industrial developments, including Link 155 in Magor, Cubex 156 in Highbridge, Newlands in Cardiff, and Swindon Trade Park, providing a combined total of 460,000 sq ft of flexible warehousing and distribution space.
