Emily joined Rohan Short in 2026 and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of the Built Environment. She previously graduated from BIMM University with a First Class BA (Hons) in Music Production & Vocal Performance, before pursuing a career in construction cost management.
Working alongside the project team, Emily supports cost planning, tender analysis and ongoing cost reporting, combining her academic studies with practical experience. She is developing her understanding of how costs are managed throughout the project lifecycle and is working towards chartership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
