Oscar joined Rohan Short in 2025 following almost a decade with a leading international construction and property consultancy in London. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across London, Bristol, and Cambridge.
Oscar initially studied Environmental Science before completing a master’s degree in Construction Cost Management at the University of Reading. He qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2018.
Prior to joining Rohan Short, Oscar advised on a range of prominent developments across the capital. His experience includes prime residential schemes, luxury apartment developments and complex new-build commercial projects incorporating retained façades.
Outside London, Oscar has worked on major mixed-use and regeneration developments in Bristol and Cambridge. These have combined substantial office accommodation with build-to-rent housing, retail and leisure uses, community facilities and extensive new public realm.
Oscar’s experience spans both new-build and complex refurbishment projects, with particular expertise in high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
