Emberwood Restaurant opens to the public_

Emberwood Bath has now officially opened its doors! Located within the Grade I-listed Francis Hotel on Queen Square, the new brasserie, whose name pays homage to architect and former resident John Wood Senior, will celebrate locally grown and locally sourced produce. The restaurant is inspired by the warmth of the open hearth, featuring a menu of seasonal ingredients crafted by Executive Head Chef David Hazell. Emberwood features an open kitchen and a charcoal-fired hearth that serves as a focal point during the dining experience.
