Usha Bholah, Chris Ward, and June Tarimo attended the Diversity Delivers Better Business event, marking the second annual Bristol Property and Construction Lecture. Inspiring speakers, including Channele Grey of Savills, Zara Nanu (Gender Equality Research & Strategy Commissioner), and Marti Burgess of Knights, shared valuable insights on driving equality and inclusion across the property and construction sectors. Discussions explored diversity statistics across Bristol, the UK, and the industry, inclusive recruitment and outreach practices, addressing unconscious bias, the importance of role models, and strategies for retaining and developing diverse talent. The event was held in association with the Bristol Property Agents Association, Forum for the Built Environment, and the Bristol Property Inclusion Charter, and sponsored by Morgan Lovell.
