We’re excited to share the news that Bowmer and Kirkland have started on site this week at 40-46 Albert Road! This new Bristol landmark will provide 454 Purpose-Built Student Accommodation units in the centre of the city, adjacent to the River Avon. Reaching this stage has been a real team effort, involving the successful navigation of the Building Safety Act to achieve Gateway Two approval.
