Exciting news from One Passage Street in the centre of Bristol, with the completion of the demolition works by Weaver Demolition. This is a brilliant milestone in the redevelopment of the site, led by Knight Frank Investment Management (KFIM) and V7. We're very proud to be supporting the project alongside a great team, including Rider Levett Bucknall RLB, AWW, Curtins, Arup, and Savills.

Approximately 95% of materials generated have been separated and diverted from landfill, supporting the recovery of value and reuse across local supply chains, including:

+3,294 tonnes of 6F5 aggregate (from crushed demolition waste), for reuse in local construction and infrastructure projects

+350 tonnes of metal, for recycling into new materials, including packaging, vehicles and appliances

+77 tonnes of mixed waste, including glass and plastics, for reprocessing into secondary materials

+71 tonnes of plasterboard, for recycling into new plasterboard products

+60 tonnes of wood, for repurposing into chipboard, biomass fuel and other uses
