We’re really excited to share the completion of Kingfisher Court in Filton, Canada Life Asset Management's new Purpose-Built Student Accommodation delivered in partnership with the University of the West of England. Designed by Stride Treglown, Curtins, and Method Consulting, and built by Bowmer and Kirkland, with a brilliant supply chain, the development provides 330 high-quality units across nine storeys, spread around a central courtyard. The Rohan Short team is proud to have delivered cost management services alongside a fantastic project and development management team at JLL.
