A big moment for the future of 1 Rivergate with the submission of plans for a major transformation, providing more than 120,000 sq ft of high-quality workspace in the centre of Bristol.
We’re incredibly proud to be supporting V7 with cost management services on this landmark project for the city, which will deliver a 90% increase in net office space by infilling the existing atrium and constructing two additional floors. There will also be extensive new amenities, including a stunning rooftop terrace with panoramic views.
Sustainability is at the heart of the scheme, with ambitions to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS UK 5 Star ratings, demonstrating a strong commitment to environmental performance and long-term value.
