Usha, Chris, Oscar, and Louis attended an insightful lecture from Jim Heverin at Zaha Hadid on the vision and thinking for the Temple Island project, hearing how they have brought their global experience to a Bristol project. It was thought-provoking to hear how site constraints, use requirements, and the local setting combine to shape the design's final form, and to see how the development can deliver a new high-quality public area for Bristol with a signature style. Many thanks to the RIBA Bristol & Bath Branch for organising this lecture. It's great to see the next generation of architectural and design professionals gain invaluable inspiration while learning more about Bristol's future placemaking.
