We attended the Women in Property ‘Before’ Tour of Canons Wharf, Bristol’s historic amphitheatre and an exciting redevelopment project set to deliver c.165,000 sq ft of office space. The scheme will introduce enhanced active frontage and a range of amenities, including an auditorium, saunas, and a rooftop pavilion. Hosted in partnership with BCO and Canons Wharf, the event explored the challenges and opportunities of retrofitting a Grade II listed building to meet modern occupier and sustainability expectations.
