We’re excited to share the news that Kingfisher Court has officially topped out! This new Bristol landmark will feature 330 purpose-built student accommodation units, delivered by Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd for Canada Life Asset Management in partnership with the University of the West of England. Designed by Stride Treglown, Curtins, and Method Consulting, Kingfisher Court will create a vibrant student hub just north of the city. Rohan Short is proud to be delivering cost management services, alongside JLL, as project and development manager. This important milestone reflects the hard work of many people across the client, design, and construction teams. We look forward to sharing more updates on progress as we head towards completion in 2026!
